Oswin Technology, a subsidiary of Singapore-based Semitech Electronics, has announced what it claims is the world’s smallest PDA phone built on a Microsoft software platform. The 4.3 x 1.9 x 0.9 inch Zircon Axia A108 runs Windows CE 4.2 and includes Oswin’s own suite of applications, including TextMaker and PlanMaker for Word and Excel files, respectively, according to the company.
