The 9@9z has 512kb comes with 512kb of built-in memory, and has several preloaded MP3s and themes. There is also a picture section for your themes. However, with such little memory space however, one might have to budget on the number of their photos and music.

The phone features a 1.46 inch screen withsupporting a 65k 65K colours., The pictures are quite decent thought the screen brightness is a little dim.

The texting on this phone is aided by the T9 dictionary which Sony Ericsson and Samsung users should feel at home with. The phone relies on the SIM to hold messages, so I was only able to store 12 messages in my testing.

The call quality of the phone is good, so far we have not received any complaints from receivers. However, when receiving calls the 9@9z has a somewhat blown out and scratchy tone to it, but it is loud enough to compensate for that. Read the rest of this entry »

Philips’ new x800 phone touch screen has started to hit the wire ahead of the release, and it is appealing to a lot of phone calls wqvga beautiful 2.9-inch display, gprs radio relics, you know, the same type Between your great grandparents used in the Crimean War, it is very difficult to keep in mind, unless you happen to have the edge and third-generation, without, and technology is one of hope, predictability For the future of his show. Philips 639

Posted by: rubbi

Posted in: Philips

The 639 is a small and slim clamshell phone. The front surface of the phone is designed to reflect images, and is called a ‘Magic Mirror’. However, the back cover of the phone looks rather flimsy and liable to lose one of the legs that anchor it to the phone.

Upon flipping the 639 open, one thing that you notice is the tiny screws that are set into the corners of the screen’s half of the phone. There is also a wierd protrusion just below the screen that presses into a groove at the bottom of the screen and turns of the internal screen when you fold up the phone.

The orange backlight for the keypad didn’t agree with me, and I felt that it was a little too dim for my liking. The finish off the phone, especially on both inside and outside screens, retained fingerprints too easily. However, the build is rather solid, except for the back cover which popped off much too easily. Furthermore, the battery is really difficult to remove, so do read the manual before you begin to pry the said battery out of the phone lest you damage something. Read the rest of this entry »
