Sanyo built the RL-4920 with a 32 chords ringtone player, ready for you to add tons of ringers. The gaming system included in the Sanyo RL-4920 is based on J2ME, which supports many fun games! The calendar available is very intuitive and Sanyo equipped it with a phone book having a capacity of 300. The predictive text system is based on the T9 technology, being very easy to use. This cell phone uses the cdma2000 1xRTT technology. Connection to a computer is supported with a cable to share ringtones, wallpapers, etc. A special phone we had the chance to review is the Sanyo RL-4920, a phone that was conceived to rival the mobile phone market. Unveiled around 01/7/2004 the RL-4920 supports the networks AMPS 800 / CDMA 800 / 1900. Being of size 107 x 47 x 22 mm and weighting only 114 g, this item´s size will please its users. The phone is equipped with a 1700 mAh Li-Ion battery, enabling a talk time of 5.50 hours and lasts in standby around 168 hours. Its engineers included a 1 MB memory, enough for a regular use! A cool thing of the Sanyo RL-4920 is the speaker phone, being a useful tool anywhere! The screen on this cell phone lets setting a wallpaper of 128 x 112 px.

Sanyo built the SCP-8400 with a 72 chords ringtone ringer, ready for you to add several ringtones. If you love to skin your phone you will be happy the SCP-8400 has customizable themes enabled. The gaming engine Sanyo SCP-8400 is based on J2ME, which supports many fun games! Not surprisingly, since it is now standard in all phones, the SCP-8400 enables both SMS and EMS. You also have MMS messages enabled to send all multimedia files! The predictive text system exploits the T9 technology, being a top system for easy using. 
The Pro-200 and the Pro-700 have essentially the same features, with different designs. The Pro-700 is the bulkier of the two, because it is clad in a rugged exterior built to military standards. Aside from push-to-palk capabilities, the Pro-700 has Bluetooth, built-in GPS, a speakerphone, and EV-DO Rev. A. The Pro-700 is definitely built to withstand the elements, and is slightly more expensive than the Pro-200 at $69.99 with a new two-year service agreement. The key difference between the Pro-200 and the Pro-700 is in design. The Pro-700 is clad in a rubberized shell and is definitely ruggedized for the great outdoors. It’s built to military standards, meaning it will withstand dust, shock, and vibration. However, it’s not water resistant. Measuring 4 inches long by 1.8 inches wide by 0.8 inch thick, the Pro-700 is only a slightly bigger than the Pro-200, and weighs a bit more at 3.8 ounces. Thanks to the rubber exterior, the Pro-700 has a very nice feel in the hand, with a good solid grip. Unlike the Pro-200, the Pro-700 is clad in almost all black, except for a silver chrome border around the external display.
